Maria Hernandez is a licensed architect and senior project manager with over 15 years’ experience working as both a preservation and exterior envelope architect, as well as in all phases of new construction. Ms. Hernandez previously worked for major architectural and preservation firms, including a six-year period where she was employed by APS’s predecessor, the Preservation Group of WASA. She has expertise in conditions assessments, development of technical reports, production of construction documents, code review, cost estimating, and construction administration.
